All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated total delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders and Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Nimble is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
